The room originally provided was very small and not big. Shampoo or conditioner was not there, no shampoo or conditioner was provided. Pillows could have been softer, they are not soft.

The rooms were too warm and i could not adjust the temperature. the hotel did not provide shampoo or conditioner in the room. the pillows were not soft enough either. I would have liked more support.

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions after all.
the room was smaller than expected it felt cramped for two people the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool even at its lowest setting also i noticed there was no complimentary shampoo provided, forcing me to buy some.
